𝗦𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗲 is the most famous sweet wine from south west of France but there are more options to explore:
Neighbouring towns of Sauternes like 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗮𝗰, 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗰, 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲-𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘅-𝗱𝘂-𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁 are just as well known for their excellent sweet wine, their high sucrosity and the way they are produced.


Located on the banks of the Garonne, they are adorned with a blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. They share the 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 and 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿 intensified by the Noble Rot.

Noble Rot causes grapes to dehydrate while maintaining the sugar levels. The flavours that botrytis adds :𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆, 𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁, 𝗳𝗶𝗴.
